Withdraw on Ethereum — from your wallet

Used when a contract has no form on Etherscan. You send one transaction with prepared data from your own wallet.

1. In MetaMask turn on hex data once: Settings → Advanced → Show hex data. See MetaMask guide.
2. Choose the account that owns the funds and press Send.
3. Paste the contract address from the card as the recipient. MetaMask may say it is a contract — that is expected.
4. Leave the amount at 0.
5. Paste the hex data from the card into the Hex data field and continue.
6. Check the fee and press Confirm. When the transaction is confirmed, the money is in your wallet.
